I just finished purchasing a used Charger RT. The office is pretty welcoming. The car is got was very immaculate. Etic is a very good salesman. He explained all about the financing rates and got me the best interest rate. Would reccommend to everyone.

After a recent car crash left my van completely totaled, my husband and I suddenly found ourselves needing a new vehicle, something I absolutely didn’t anticipate or feel prepared for. We reached out to Orr Motors about an SUV we had seen online, and from the moment we arrived, the entire experience exceeded every expectation. We test drove the vehicle and loved it instantly, but what stood out even more was how genuinely friendly and supportive the front-of-house team was. They took the time to walk me through features I’d never had before: buttons, push-start, all the new tech, without ever making me feel silly or inexperienced. As a female car buyer, that meant the world to me. Even with my husband there, they spoke to me as much as to him, and I felt respected and included every step of the way. A huge thank-you to him for that fantastic firsthand experience. Once we decided to move forward with the purchase, we met with Andrew, who broke down the finances and ownership details with such care and clarity. We felt completely at ease with him as he got us right away, especially as fellow parents living in the trenches of chaos. The following week, on the date we chose, Orr had our brand new SUV perfectly cleaned, ready, and waiting for us. After we wrapped up the paperwork, Andrew even offered to take our photo with it… and then surprised us with a little video he recorded, capturing just how excited I was. That thoughtful touch made the whole moment even more special. I walked in nervously because buying a car in this economy, and right after a major accident, felt overwhelming. But the team at Orr Motors understood us, supported us, and genuinely helped restore my confidence to get back in the driver’s seat. I’ve never written a dealership review before but my experience at Orr Motors absolutely deserved one. From the moment I walked in the entire team made everything feel seamless friendly and genuine. I traded in my vehicle and drove away in a gorgeous Genesis GV80 Prestige and the whole process was smoother than I ever expected. What stood out the most was how truly accommodating they were. As a mom of a child with special needs my schedule can be unpredictable and they were incredibly understanding every step of the way. They even captured the sweetest moment of my son getting into the SUV for the first time which is something I’ll cherish forever. The atmosphere didn’t feel like the typical dealership vulture experience at all that I've had while on my car hunt. It felt warm family oriented and human. Andrew was exceptionally patient, thoughtful and genuinely invested in making sure everything worked for me. I can’t recommend Orr Motors enough. If you’re looking for honesty, kindness and a dealership that actually cares this is the place.
