Return & Refund Policy

Orr Motors (312460 Ontario Limited), located at 6230 Hazeldean Road, Stittsville, Ontario K2S 1B9, is a licensed used vehicle dealer registered with the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC). Dealer Registration No. 1107179.
All Sales Are Final
All vehicle purchases at Orr Motors are final. Once a bill of sale has been signed by the purchaser and accepted by the dealer, the transaction is complete and binding. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on vehicle purchases.
This policy applies to all vehicles sold by Orr Motors, whether sold certified, as-is, or with an extended warranty.
Dealer Guaranty
Unless the vehicle is sold “as-is,” Orr Motors provides a dealer guaranty covering 30 days or 1,500 kilometres (whichever comes first) from the date of delivery. Under this guaranty, the cost of eligible repairs is shared 50/50 between Orr Motors and the purchaser. This guaranty only applies to repairs performed by Orr Motors. Any repairs performed elsewhere will not be covered without prior written approval from Orr Motors.
Vehicles Sold “As-Is”
If a vehicle is sold “as-is,” it is not represented as being in roadworthy condition, mechanically sound, or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The purchaser acknowledges that the vehicle may require substantial repairs at their own expense and may not be fit for use as a means of transportation in its current condition. The “as-is” designation must be acknowledged by the purchaser in writing at the time of sale.
Extended Warranty
Extended warranty coverage may be available for purchase at the time of sale. Extended warranty terms, coverage, and claims are administered by the warranty provider and are subject to the terms of that provider’s agreement. Extended warranty is separate from and in addition to the dealer guaranty.
Deposits
Deposits placed on a vehicle are non-refundable once the offer has been accepted by Orr Motors. If the purchaser fails to take delivery of the vehicle as outlined in the bill of sale, Orr Motors reserves the right to resell the vehicle and apply the deposit toward any losses incurred.
Cooling-Off Period
Ontario law does not provide a cooling-off period for used vehicle purchases from a dealership. Once the contract is signed, it is final and binding.

If concerns are not resolved, you may contact the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) at 1-800-943-6002 or visit www.omvic.on.ca. You may also be eligible for compensation from the Motor Vehicle Dealers Compensation Fund if you suffer a financial loss.
