Fred grew up in the automotive business under his father Bill Orr, who founded the dealership in the early 1960s. He chose a different path — a dealership built around quality used vehicles, honest pricing, and no-pressure sales. Over six decades later, Fred still works the sales floor every day. “I love my job. Life is good.”

Born and raised in Ottawa, Nick brings over 15 years of automotive experience to his role. Known for his approachable personality and calm leadership, Nick keeps every department running smoothly. When he’s not at the dealership, you’ll find him on the Ottawa River or on a dirt bike, side-by-side, or snowmobile.

Andrew leads the sales team with 15 years in the automotive industry, including 8 years as a credit specialist. His honest, upbeat approach puts customers at ease, and his ability to match people with the right vehicle at the right budget is what keeps them coming back. A licensed pilot, avid snowboarder, and motorcycle rider.

Eric helps customers of all credit backgrounds find financing that actually works for them. Patient, knowledgeable, and straight to the point — Eric walks every customer through their options clearly. No confusion, no surprises.

Mishel oversees the service department, making sure every vehicle that passes through is inspected, maintained, and prepared to a high standard. His commitment to doing things right the first time is a big reason customers trust Orr Motors well beyond the sale.

With 22 years of experience and over 12 years specializing in performance and accessories, Adam is one of the most skilled people in the shop. Particularly well-versed in wiring diagnosis across all makes and models. His philosophy: fix it right the first time.

Tony brings over 25 years of hands-on experience to the service bay. Honest, thorough, and client-focused. In the summer you’ll find him on the golf course, and on Canada Day lighting fireworks for the community. He’s a licensed Supervisor Pyrotechnician — possibly the most impressive credential on the team.

Rob has been with Orr Motors for decades, starting as a detailer and working his way up to managing the entire lot. He keeps the inventory organized, the lot immaculate, and everything running behind the scenes. Off the clock: a good dairy, a fine whisky, and fast motorcycles.

Adam makes sure every vehicle at Orr Motors looks its absolute best before it reaches a customer. His attention to detail and pride in presentation are what make that first impression count.

Gwen has lived most of her life in Kanata and brings years of cross-industry experience to managing the books at Orr Motors. Detail-oriented, service-focused, and quietly essential to keeping everything running smoothly. She loves outdoor adventures with her family and has traveled extensively across Canada.
