I have lots of experience with them, and it's all been great. Since we moved to Ottawa in 1999, I have bought five cars from them (I like to change my cars frequently). I've also sent them several friends and even had both my brother-in-law and my mother come up from Kingston to buy cars from them. I've bought mostly Nissans there, so I haven't had much trouble with the vehicles themselves, but when I have had the odd thing go wrong, they always manned up and fixed the issue (even when it was arguable whether it was really their responsibility). I'm not so fond of many other dealers in Ottawa, as I've had bad experiences with two Nissan dealers (one REALLY bad) and two Chrysler dealers in the same stretch of time, but Orr has never given me any reason to complain.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Orr Motors twice in the past three years. The second time was at Christmas 2009 when I was in a car accident where my car was written off. Fred and his team were extremely helpful and patient, and Fred recommended a few different cars for me to try out. I did test drive quite a few as his lot has many choices to choose from.
