I’ve never written a dealership review before but my experience at Orr Motors absolutely deserved one. From the moment I walked in the entire team made everything feel seamless friendly and genuine. I traded in my vehicle and drove away in a gorgeous Genesis GV80 Prestige and the whole process was smoother than I ever expected.

What stood out the most was how truly accommodating they were. As a mom of a child with special needs my schedule can be unpredictable and they were incredibly understanding every step of the way. They even captured the sweetest moment of my son getting into the SUV for the first time which is something I’ll cherish forever.

The atmosphere didn’t feel like the typical dealership vulture experience at all that I’ve had while on my car hunt. It felt warm family oriented and human. Andrew was exceptionally patient, thoughtful and genuinely invested in making sure everything worked for me.
